DPD Estonia is available for shipping for Outvio customers in Estonia. To activate the integration, go to Settings → My Couriers → Choose DPD from the list.
To access the settings for your contract, choose I am using this courier with my own contract.
You are prompted to enter the following credentials:
- Username
- Password
- Token
To retrieve the credentials, you must be a contracted customer of DPD. Once you have your username and password, you can log in to your account at telli.dpd.ee.
To receive the authentication token, proceed as follows: Click on your username in the top right corner and select My Profile → List of API Keys → Generate API Key → set a name and choose Create New → select Copy.
You need to create only one API key; there is no need to create a separate API key for each request.

Now that you have connected your contract with DPD to Outvio, you are ready to start configuring settings to match your shipping preferences.
The first menu item on the left-hand menu is Shipping methods. In this view, you can toggle shipping with DPD on and off.
Under Shipping methods, make sure to choose all of the available shipping methods you wish to display for your users.
☝️ TIP: You can upload and ship with your own rates with DPD Estonia. We recommend this to compare prices with couriers and see the rate for shipping. See instructions for uploading the rates HERE.
Next, go to DPD settings. DPD supports automatic pick-up requests, which means that you can enable automatic pick-ups for every processed shipment.
Set a courier alias if you use more than one contract with DPD Estonia.
You can add as many contracts as needed in the top right corner.
Next, assign the warehouses you would like to ship from with this courier contract. Keep in mind that if the warehouse is not in the contract, you will not be able to use it for shipping.
In the Surcharges section, the following options can be applied to all shipping methods:
- Rate calculation
- Cash on delivery (not yet available)
- Insurance
- Remote zone
- Weight surcharge
- Dimensions surcharge
- Export duties
- Fuel surcharge
These surcharges depend on your courier and you can add them based on your agreed terms with the courier. That way Outvio will apply most of them for rate calculation so that the system can decide which courier is the cheapest option for you.
❗️ Things to note:
- For 100% accuracy, you need to upload your shipping rates in the Shipping methods section.
- It is your responsibility to add the surcharges correctly, as well as update them if necessary if they change over time.
- Fill out only those surcharges that apply to your contract.
