New user interface: Tracking Tab

The Tracking tab is your central hub for monitoring all shipments across carriers, warehouses, and destinations.

Main subsections

Shipments are automatically sorted into four subsections:

• Created: The shipment has been registered in Outvio but has not yet been collected by the carrier.
• In Transit: The carrier has collected the shipment and it is currently on its way to its destination.
• Incidents: An issue has been detected during the delivery process (e.g. failed delivery attempt, lost parcel, customs hold). Shipments in this section require attention.
• Delivered: The shipment has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Each section displays its shipments independently and can be refined using the available filter controls:

Left panel: Filter shipments by specific criteria, including carrier, destination, warehouse, date range, and more.

Right panel: Configure which columns are displayed in the shipment table, allowing you to tailor the view to your operational needs.

Custom Views

Custom Views allow you to create persistent, filtered segments of your shipment list based on specific criteria.

This is particularly useful for teams managing large volumes across multiple carriers, warehouses, or destination countries.

How to create a Custom View

1. Select Create View from the sidebar.
2. Enter a name for the view (e.g. Correos – Spain).
3. Select an emoji to identify the view (optional)
4. Add one or more filter rules using the available criteria:
   • Carrier (e.g. DHL, GLS, UPS, Correos)
   • Status (e.g. Incident, In Transit, Delivered)
   • Destination
   • Warehouse
   • Date
5. Click Save View.

Once saved, the Custom View will appear in the left sidebar and automatically display all shipments matching the defined criteria, updating in real time as new shipments come in.
