Outvio Desk: How to add an agent?

When your customers and couriers start submitting tickets, you might need some help from your colleagues. Outvio Desk allows you to add a personal profile with login data for each collaborator.

➡️ To add your agents, go to Settings and click on Agents.


Click on ➕ before adding each agent.

➡️ The attributes you can add to the agent are:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Position or Role

Additional options:

➡️ Enable this agent to view the folder of all the tickets: Ticking this gives the agent access to all folders, even ones not directly assigned to them.

➡️ Grant this agent with admin permissions: This allows the agent to access the full Settings section.


The newly added agent will receive an invitation email prompting them to create a password for their account.

You can add the agent to different teams, assign tags, and start assigning tickets to them!
