Depending on the CMS integration you're using (Shopify, PrestaShop, etc.), Outvio can display a map with available pickup points during your store's checkout process.
This way, customers can browse the map and choose the pickup location that best fits their needs based on where they are.
To enable pickup points in Shopify, go to: Settings > Integrations > Shopify Then proceed to Step 2 (Map your Shopify Shipping Methods with the ones available in your Outvio account).
Link your Shopify shipping methods with those in Outvio and check the box “Pickup points at checkout” for any carrier services that require showing the map.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: To display the map, make sure to check “Pickup points at checkout” in the right-hand column for each shipping method you want to show pickup locations for.
Depending on your Shopify plan
- Standard Shopify plan: Customers will be able to select their pickup point after completing the payment, on the "Thank You" page.
- Shopify Plus: The map and pickup options can be displayed during the checkout process.
