If you want your orders to be sent out just the way you like, use shipping rules for automatic handling. When you shift orders from the Orders to the Shipping tab, Outvio first checks these rules. It’s the easiest and most reliable way to make sure your orders are shipped exactly how you want them.

✈️ Always use the same courier for specific regions
For instance, you can designate a particular courier for orders destined outside the EU.
📯 Narrow destinations by postal codes
This is useful if certain areas in the same country require different delivery methods, like the Canary Islands or Madeira.
📍 Assign orders to nearby warehouses
You can set orders from one store and country to be shipped from the most convenient warehouse. This allows you to define the most effective delivery methods based on multiple criteria.
📦 Split heavy or large orders
You have the option to split orders that are either in large quantities or have a heavy weight.
🏪 Use an internal courier for shop pickups
If there are specific delivery methods you prefer handling internally, you can establish rules to automatically assign the internal courier to those orders.
