3PL stuff

In this article, we are going to explain the workflow between brands and 3PL accounts to help you to smt smt.

For 3PL's

Once you have connected your client to your account, and configured the settings, you will just need to enable receiving orders from the store.

Now, when the client creates new orders in their account, you can see the orders in your Orders tab with the OTN of the client’s account.

How does the client send the orders to 3PL?

If you wish the 3PL to process all of your orders, then nothing additional needs to be done. Just make sure the connection with the 3PL is enabled.

All orders are sent to the 3PL by default, you will see the 3PL icon next to the flag under the status tab. If needed, you can take selected orders over from the 3PL manually.

Select the order and click Take over from 3PL on the right-hand menu:

If you wish to send only selected orders to the 3PL, then set up 3PL rules in the 3PL integrations tab.

For example, you can filter orders to the 3PL to a designated warehouse (workstation) and create a 3PL to only send orders from this warehouse to the 3PL:

What about the store branding and returns?

The branding and notifications will always come from the client’s account and not from the 3PL.
