Venipak was born in Lithuania at the beginning of the 2000s and, since then, it has grown and expanded to offer a range of services nationally and internationally. In fact, Venipak is one of the fastest-growing couriers in the Baltics.
Venipak employs several hundred couriers to deliver parcels in Lithuania, other Baltic countries and European and non-European countries.
With Venipak, you can ship to a specific home or work address, to a parcel locker known as a Venipak ATM (there are over 520 of these in Lithuania) or to a pickup point (there are around 100 in Lithuania alone).
Venipak’s shipping options: Domestic and Baltics
There are two shipping options available for domestic shipments and shipments to Latvia and Estonia: Same-day delivery and Express delivery.
Same-day delivery
Venipak Same-day delivery is available for shipments of up to 20 kg/0.06 m3 in Vilnius and Kaunas.
Express delivery
With the Express delivery service, the package will be delivered on the next business day before 10:00 or 12:00, or even on a Saturday. The availability of these options and the specific delivery time varies depending on the destination city or country.
Additionally, Venipak offers shipping methods that are exclusive to eCommerce shippers:
Evening delivery
If your customers prefer to receive their parcels at home, you can offer flexible delivery times in the evening, from 18:00 till 22:00.
Saturday Delivery
With Saturday Delivery, you can also deliver your packages on Saturdays.
International shipping options: Baltics and other countries
For shipments to other countries, Venipak differentiates between shipments within the Baltics and those going elsewhere.
Venipak ships to over 212 countries worldwide thanks to collaborations with other shipping partners. Their international services include real-time tracking and door-to-door delivery.
Express service
Venipak’s Express service ships packages by air. These parcels are delivered to the recipient’s door. Depending on the country, the delivery time varies from 2 to 5 days.
Economy service
The Economy service is an international delivery option for shipping parcels by road.
With the Economy service, the package will be delivered to the recipient’s door within 7 to 10 days, depending on the country of destination.
Freight shipments have similar delivery times. These shipments can reach up to 100 kg of weight. Venipak can even take care of the Air Waybill and export declaration for you.
Cash on delivery shipments
Cash-on-delivery shipments are possible in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The courier will transfer the amount once a week and you can have access to information like COD. amounts, the numbers of packages you sent through this method and their receivers.
The cash-on-delivery service is available for an additional charge of €0.95 + 0.5% of the COD amount.

Venipak returns
Ship the return label to your customer in the package or send it via email.
Then, order a courier to pick up the parcel at their home or ask the customer to drop off the parcel at a Venipak post office or one of the company’s 43 designated pickup points!

Yes, with their Saturday Delivery service, you can deliver your parcels even on the weekend.

Venipak dimension requirements
Venipak establishes both minimum and maximum dimensions for their parcels.
Packages shipped with Venipak should be at least 100 x 150 mm. The longest side of a parcel can be up to 1,200 mm.
The standard size of a pallet is 1,200 x 800 x 1,700 mm. Venipak allows you to ship pallets of up to 1,200 x 2,000 x 1,900 mm.
Venipak weight limitations
The maximum weight of a standard package can’t exceed 30 kg. For heavier parcels, you must use a pallet or another kind of packaging that facilitates its transportation. The weight of a pallet should be between 700 kg and 900 kg.
